\ They are quite jealous, sometimes, to a point they won't even let you watch other girls in the street or in clubs. Scandals between couples are not rare on the public place in Brazil. Love is a serious matter.

Always watch your back and around you, don't get too drunk when you're alone. Avoid poor neighborhoods (favelas) and isolated places. That being said, have a nice trip !
